Katrina Park is committed to providing all students and participants of Engaged Equines and Cadence Horse Training's educational programs, online courses, workshops and classes with a positive experience.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICES CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS WEBSITE. All users of the Engaged Equines and Cadence Horse Training's virtual courses agree that access to and use of these courses are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable laws. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not purchase courses, classes or workshops from Engaged Equines or Cadence Horse Training.
By selecting “I agree” on our checkout page when enrolling and making payment, Engaged Equines students agree to be bound by all Terms Of Service and understand that any violation of these terms may, at the discretion of Katrina Park and/or Cadence Horse Training and/or Engaged Equines result in termination from the program without refund of tuition, holding harmless Katrina Park, Cadence Horse Training and/or Engaged Equines, with respect to any such termination.
I understand the following: I acknowledge that horseback riding is a dangerous sport, which carries inherent risks of injury or even loss of life, as well as damage to my horse, my property, and myself. I knowingly assume all risks, whether known or unknown, of watching, grooming, handling, or riding my horses. I also knowingly assume all risks, whether known or unknown, of participating in Engaged Equines or Cadence Horse Training's educational programs, online courses, workshops or classes.
I release Katrina Park, Cadence Horse Training & Engaged Equines, from all liability for any act of negligence or want of ordinary care. In consideration of my participation in this course, I waive, release and discharge Katrina Park, Cadence Horse Training & Engaged Equines, employees, representatives, heirs, executors and assigns from any and all claims or liability for injury to myself, my animals or my property arising out of participation in this online course.
This agreement is binding on my executors, heirs, and assigns. I agree that I will defend, indemnify and hold harmless, Katrina Park, Cadence Horse Training & Engaged Equines, employees, representatives, heirs, executors, and assigns against all claims, demands, and causes of actions, including court costs and actual attorney fees, arising from any proceeding or lawsuit brought by me, or prosecuted for my benefit or on my behalf, in which this release is upheld. The parties agree that any dispute under this agreement will be adjudicated in a State or Supreme Court located in Victoria, Australia and expressly agree to personal jurisdiction of such court.
I acknowledge that I have read this release of liability and know and understand its contents.
I hold harmless Katrina Park, Cadence Horse Training & Engaged Equines, and any instructors of Engaged Equines Educational Programs, online courses, workshops or online classes for any instructions, information, or suggestions offered in the course, via email, personal or written contact, or communication on the Cadence Horse Training & Engaged Equines Facebook pages or community groups, including 'Horse Training From The Ground, Up' and 'Engaged Equines'.
Engaged Equines and Cadence Horse Training educational programs, online workshops & classes Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the Engaged Equines educational programs, online courses workshops & classes, (non-tangible digital goods), it is not possible to return the products and services. Therefore, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for any Engaged Equines Educational Programs, online workshops or classes after purchase is made. If you are having any issues with the products or services, please contact us at [email protected] or [email protected] and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
Engage Equine Training Course refund policy:
The tuition for the Engage Equine Training Courses is fully non-refundable after the initial two-week period post payment or after a student enters module/unit two of the program, whichever comes first. Students who cancel within two weeks of the course start date, or prior to entering Unit 2 will be given a full refund. If you are having any issues with the products or services, please contact us at [email protected] or [email protected] and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
Tuition payments are accepted via either PayPal, Mastercard or Visa only. Non-payment of full tuition, chargebacks, or any other failure to honour the payment plan will result in immediate termination from the program, and access to all course materials will cease.
All prices for the program are printed herein. There are no additional charges or interest charges connected with any of these programs. Contracts are not sold to a third party at any time.
I CONFIRM THAT I HAVE READ THIS ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT, AND HAVE UNDERSTOOD THE CONTENTS.
By my checkmark next to “I agree” or on completion of purchase of any Engaged Equines Educational Programs, online courses, classes or workshops, I agree to be bound by the aforesaid Enrolment Agreement and understand that any violation of said Enrolment Agreement may, at the discretion of Katrina Park, Cadence Horse Training & Engaged Equines result in my termination from the program without refund of tuition, and will hold harmless Katrina Park, Cadence Horse Training & Engaged Equines with respect to any such termination.
