  • Talk & Demonstration - Understand your horses body language & behaviours.

  • Practical session 1 - How to encourage emotional regulation, create connection & appropriate communication while maintaining boundaries for safety & self-confidence.

  • Practical session 2 - Identify your horse's learning style & processing ability. Shape how your horse responds to pressure & new things by creating awareness & brain/body connection.
